Features:
  • This 2 sets balloon arch will come with 40pcs latex balloons. 12pcs magic balloons and 1pc heart style foil balloon.
  • Height for balloon arch can reach up to 59 inches ( 1*base, 4*tubes, 4*connectors ), height can be adjusted according to your exact need
  • Base is hollow and can be filled with 2.2LB water, this is to make sure pole will not fall down when in inside or outside.

How to Use 
*Fill up the base with water and close the small lid preventing water spill out 
*Insert one of the first PVC poles into the middle hold of the water fillable base 
*Join those PVC poles by each connector (total 8pcs)

12 inch balloon 21cm
10 inch balloon 15cm
You can measure it with books or water bottles。

Step 2

Install balloons with Balloon Rings

Step 3

Tie the magic balloon with the 10 inch balloon

Step 4

Wind the magic balloon in one direction and tie the magic balloon together at the 4/5 position of Balloon Tubes

Step 5

Tie the Heart Foil Balloon on the balloon ring with a magic balloon，installed on balloon tubes，all of it is complete.
